In 2021 we introduced MOVE CHAT CONNECT - a fun family interactive fitness and mindful experience! Move your body and motivate your mind! Each Move Chat Connect event is powerful, entertaining, and motivating for the entire family. Join our team for fun fitness experiences that are good for the mind and body and will better connect you with your children.
Mountain Youth partners with Eagle Valley Behavioral Health to sponsor community talks throughout the year and now family fitness classes during the summer. Our family education series encourages open conversation between parents, older siblings, and experts on relevant topics. Parents with children over the age of 8 are encouraged to join! Instruction will be offered in both English and Spanish.

Upcoming Move Chat Connect Events!
Join us for this free, biligual, family-friendly event every Thursday in June at Nottingham park. Childcare provided for youth under the age of 5. Dinner provided. Please bring your yoga mat! A limited supply of mats will be provided.
