Stevi joined Mountain Youth in 2022 as the Community Education Manager to build upon existing community relationships and create a space for shared learning, education, and collaboration.
Edgar Chairez
Intervention Programs Facilitator
Edgar joined the team in 2020. He grew up in Durango, Mexico, and moved to the United States after graduating from college. He worked for the Consulate General of Mexico in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted in the protection department.
Hannah Conoley
Community Mobilizer
Hannah joined Mountain Youth as a Community Mobilizer in the summer of 2023. Through this role, Hannah supports Communities That Care by engaging local leaders and community agencies through strategic partnerships.
Vanessa is originally from Colombia where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and joined the Mountain Youth team in 2024. She's passionate about mental health and loves working with people, especially children.

Rachel joined the Mountain Youth team in 2020 as our facilitator for the WE HEAR U program that has been adapted for the Eagle County Community from Active Parenting of Teens, which is an evidence-based program that is designed to help families survive and thrive. m

Nick joined the Mountain Youth team in January of 2025 as the Marketing and Events Manager to help bring awareness and support to the multitude of programs and events offered by our organization.
Jo joined the Mountain Youth team in 2023 . After graduating from Smith College with a BA in Sociology, Jo moved to Boulder to help open an office focused on fundraising for nonprofits

Monica is from Colombia, where she studied Psychology. At Mountain Youth, she'll work as a prevention and community outreach specialist. She's excited to work with the community, where they can share enriching experiences and promote good mental health practices for all families.
