Michelle joined Mountain Youth in February 2011 as the Executive Director, due to her commitment to providing positive youth development opportunities and strengthening collaboration in Eagle County.

Director of Community Education
Stevi joined Mountain Youth in 2022 as the Community Education Manager to build upon existing community relationships and create a space for shared learning, education, and collaboration.
Edgar Chairez
Intervention Programs Facilitator
Edgar joined the team in 2020. He grew up in Durango, Mexico, and moved to the United States after graduating from college. He worked for the Consulate General of Mexico in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted in the protection department.
Hannah Conoley
Community Mobilizer
Hannah joined Mountain Youth as a Community Mobilizer in the summer of 2023. Through this role, Hannah supports Communities That Care by engaging local leaders and community agencies through strategic partnerships.
Vanessa is originally from Colombia where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology and joined the Mountain Youth team in 2024. She's passionate about mental health and loves working with people, especially children.

Young Ault Ambassador
Lydia is originally from California, and grew up taking in everything the beach and mountains had to offer. Surfing, skiing, and camping from a young age, she grew to love being outside and sharing this love with her friends and family.

Rachel joined the Mountain Youth team in 2020 as our facilitator for the WE HEAR U program that has been adapted for the Eagle County Community from Active Parenting of Teens, which is an evidence-based program that is designed to help families survive and thrive. m

Ariana joined Mountain Youth in July 2023 as the Youth Liaison to continue empowering and advocating for youth in Eagle County. After she graduated from Battle Mountain High School in 2021, she continued her education by majoring in Business Administration
